Garth, Troy Aikman Sing Together for Sick Children

Boy asks Garth what to put in the jukebox: "I think you should have a lot of Garth Brooks on there," superstar says.

It's an interesting picture: Garth Brooks, former Dallas Cowboys QB Troy Aikman and several kids, holding lyric sheets, tentatively singing "This Land Is Your Land" together.

The occasion: a celebration of a new state-of-the-art TV and music recording studio in Forth Worth, Texas—inside a children's hospital, according to Dallas TV station WFAA.

The Cook Children's Medical Center in Forth Worth has opened a Child Life Zone, complete with the A/V equipment, and a pool table and video games, of course.

Garth joked that he "had to be 50 and have a record deal before I got something like this."

Garth and Troy visited patients for hours after the grand opening. And the two stars also sat for an interview with an 8-year-old patient in the new studio.

The boy asked what he should put on the center's jukebox.

“I think you should have a lot of Garth Brooks on there, and a lot of Trisha Yearwood,” he suggested. “I think you’re good!”
