Garth Shows Sell Out

Tickets for the first 20 of Garth Brooks’ upcoming Las Vegas shows sold out within five hours of going on sale Oct. 24.

Garth recently announced plans to emerge from retirement for a projected five-year engagement at the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas. The resort says that upon the release of the tickets it received 141,934 calls before its telephone system reached maximum capacity, while its website received more than 5.4 million page views. Garth’s first show at the Encore is set for Dec. 11.
