GARTH TO RELEASE NEW SINGLE

Garth Brooks will release his next single, "That Girl Is a Cowboy," from his Lost Sessions CD on April 10.

The new song comes on the heels of his recent hit "Good Ride Cowboy" along with his duet with wife Trisha Yearwood, "Love Will Always Win." There is a personal story behind Garth's song, reports allaboutcountry.com. It talks about the death of his favorite horse, Cracker Jack, which his daughters used to ride, and how his buddy kept an all-night vigil with him until Garth could return home. "When someone does something extraordinary for someone else, we call him a cowboy," explains Garth. "Well, in this case, my buddy was a cowgirl friend of mine named Tami."
