GARTH BROOKS TOPS THE CHARTS -- AGAIN

Garth Brooks' new album,"Scarecrow" was released almost one week ago, and is already at the top of Billboard's Top Country Album chart as well as the Top 200 Album Chart.

This marks the ninth time that Garth has debuted at #1 on the country chart and the seventh time on the pop chart -- giving him the distinction of being the artist with the most albums debuting at #1.

Other albums that entered at #1 include: "Ropin' The Wind," "The Chase," "In Pieces," "Double Live," "The Limited Series Box Set" and "Sevens."

Over the span of his musical career, Garth has spent a total of 51 weeks in the #1 position -- longer than any other artist in the 1990s.
