Garth Brooks Song to Be Lifetime Movie

Brooks, Garth

For many country fans, Garth Brooks "Unanswered Prayers" evokes a range of familiar questions and emotions—including worry that the "right one" got away, and doubts about whether someone's current flame is the really the right person or not.

Now, Garth's 1990 No. 1 hit is being transformed into a two-hour movie, Unanswered Prayers, which will premiere on Lifetime Television in November.

Lifetime has cast Samantha Mathis (This Thing Called Love) and Eric Close (Without A Trace) in the lead roles. The film centers on a happily married husband (Eric), who has to make a choice when his high school crush (played by Mädchen Amick) comes back in town.
