Garth Brooks' eyes must be smiling as he sees the tally for his three July shows in Ireland, billed as the Garth Brooks Comeback Special Event. Garth sold out all three dates at Croke Park, slated for July 25, 26 and 27, in the space of 90 minutes.

Fans lined up by the thousands at Ticketmaster outlets across Ireland, according to reports. It marked the first time that an artist had sold out three shows at Croke Park in one day.

Garth has made several trips to Ireland, but this looks like his most successful venture yet. Obviously, he's been missed by fans all over the globe during his hiatus from touring.

Garth has also confirmed that he is planning a world tour for 2014, but no dates have been released as of yet. So, as they say . . . stay tuned.
