If you needed a reason to look forward to hump day, Garth just gave you one, as the first single, “People Loving People,” from his upcoming album hits country radio on Wednesday. The new tune was written by Busbee, Lee Thomas Miller and Chris Wallin.

And just to recap in case your ears are waterlogged from the ALS ice bucket challenge—Garth’s comeback tour kicks off on Thursday at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill., where he’ll be performing 11 concerts at the suburban Chicago venue.

Since announcing his comeback on July 10, Garth has kept his fans eagerly awaiting his double album scheduled to drop on Black Friday.
