Garth performed five shows in two days at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, with one of them aired by CBS-TV as a one-hour special. Trisha Yearwood and Huey Lewis both made guest appearances, with all the money raised going to the McCormick Foundation for distribution. Around $1.8 million is being given out in the Los Angeles area, while $4.2 million in grants is being awarded in San Diego.
