FGL’s Tyler Hubbard Hires Celebrity Artist for a Tattoo of His Late Dad

L.A. Ink star Kat Von D gets the job done.

Tyler Hubbard of Florida Georgia Line just got some big new ink on his forearm: a portrait of his father, Roy, a successful businessman who died in a helicopter crash just before his son moved to Nashville to get famous.

And Tyler turned to famous tattoo artist Kat Von D, star of the old TV show L.A. Ink, to get it done.

“Thanks @thekatvond for an awesome day and an amazing tat that makes me remember the best man I’ve ever known. #freshink #portrait,” Tyler posted on Instagram.
