FAITH IS TOPS, SHANIA FLOPS

Iconic fashion critic Mr. Blackwell just released his 44th annual "Best And Worst" list. Two of country's most fashionable femmes made the cut. Blackwell heaps high praise on Faith, calling her one of the "Fabulous Fashion Independents for 2003." But Shania doesn't fare as well. He calls her "Calamity Twain" for her "buckled bombs and country-fried kitsch."
