The special celebrates the joy of adoption through inspirational stories shared by children and their foster families. Faith hosts the show for the second time, joined this year by an all-star guest lineup that features Carrie Underwood, Reba McEntire, Latin pop singer Shakira, R&B star Mary J. Blige and musician and featured adoptee Michael Franti. Actresses Jena Elfman and Nia Vardalos wIll be on hand to present uplifting stories about adoption. Faith is an adoptee herself and has been involved with adoption issues for several years.
