Congratulations to Love and Theft’s Stephen Barker Liles, who just became a father.

Stephen's fiancée, Jenna Kennedy, gave birth to the couple’s son Jett Barker Liles on Monday morning (Dec. 2), one day earlier than anticipated.

Little Jett was delivered by Dr. Georgia Ferrell at a Nashville hospital at 8:40 a.m. CT, weighing in at 7lbs. 7 oz. and measuring 20.5 inches long. The proud papa says that his new son has his nose and mama’s lips.

"It was the greatest rush I have ever experienced," Stephen says of his son's birth. "Jenna and I are so thrilled to be parents. It's the best thing that has happened to us."

Stephen says Jenna was "awesome, calm and collected" during the entire birthing. "We checked in, stayed up all night and watched SportsCenter and Friends and listened to Mozart," he shares. "We can't wait to take him home and for the whole world to meet him! He's ready to start Instragram-ing and tweeting right away!"

This is the second baby in the Love and Theft family, as the duo's Eric Gunderson and his wife Emily welcomed their first child, Camden William, in March.

"[Camden and Jett] are gonna be best friends," beams Stephen.

Jett is the first child for both Stephen and Jenna, who are set to wed in the springtime of 2014.
