Eric Church Says “Tom And Jerry” Turned His Toddler Into a Wild Child

OK, to be fair, Eric Church admits his little boy, Boone, has always been a bit wild. The boy had his first broken bone when he was 1 after he jumped off the back of a chair, Eric told reporters recently.

And then Eric introduced the boy to the cartoon TV show Tom and Jerry.

“When you watch it with your 2-year-old and you see Tom take an ax and try to hit Jerry and Jerry blow up Tom, he [Boone] doesn't get it,” Eric says.

“So then, all of a sudden, Boone's pulling my hair, slapping me, hitting [his mom] Catherine.”

Yikes!

“In one week I've lost control of this child, and we've kind of went back to Tom and Jerry. So, we're back to Berenstain Bears.”

Good move.

Still, when they go back on the road, and the boy goes on the bus with him, “I need to put padded walls on it,” Eric says.
