Eli Young Band Gets Great Response to Unreleased Song

Gotta love YouTube.

The guys in the Eli Young Band say they're getting a great reaction on the road to a song they haven't even recorded. And it's because fans have posted the performance on YouTube. Check out a video below.

The song is "Drunk Last Night," which isn't exactly what you think it might be. And EYB has been singing it during its opening slot on the Kenny Chesney tour.

"I think it's getting the best reaction of any first-time song we've tried out on anybody," EYB's James Young tells ABC News Radio.

The band's Chris Thompson says, "It's so strange for us 'cause this is the first time we've released a new song without it actually being recorded where you know the first time you play it live, it's going straight onto YouTube. . . . It's wild to think it's already out there in the ether."
