About 100 birthday greetings an hour are pouring onto the Facebook page of Eddie Montgomery of Montgomery Gentry.
Song titles abound, as many are saluting him with a “Hell Yeah!” and still others are telling Eddie he should have a birthday that’s "something to be proud of."
Nancy cartoonist Guy Gilchrist even posted a birthday drawing for Eddie.
But our favorite post came from his daughter, Brooke:
