Just dress like Dolly this Halloween and upload your photo to dresslikedolly.com. The winner’s photo will be placed on the “News” page of dollypartonmusic.net and the winner will receive an autographed copy of Dolly’s latest CD, Backwoods Barbie. The winner will be selected by Nov. 7.
