DOLLY'S FAMILY TROUBLE

Dolly Parton and nine of her siblings are headed to court in Tennessee to have their 77-year-old mom, Avie, declared incompetent. They say she's showing signs of dementia and want one of her children appointed to oversee her estate.

Only two of the Parton kids -- twins Freida and Floyd -- disagree. They believe their mom is capable of handling her affairs, which include cash and property valued at approximately $1 million.

The lawsuit was filed in November just days before the death of Dolly's father.
