Dolly Parton Involved in Car Crash

Singer suffered minor injuries.

Dolly Parton sustained minor injuries in a car crash Monday morning in Nashville.

According to The Tennessean, Dolly was a passenger in a Nissan Xterra that collided with a Mitsubishi Diamante near Franklin Pike. The driver of the Mitsubishi was charged with failure to yield at an intersection. Dolly and the Nissan's driver, Judy Ogle, were transported to Vanderbilt Hospital, but, according to police, neither appeared to have serious injuries.

Dolly, in fact, took to Twitter when she got home to say that she had been involved in a "fender bender" but was OK.
