The Opry House—rebuilt after devastating floods hit Nashville in May – is set to reopen Sept. 28 with a big star-studded show.

Performers include Keith Urban, Martina McBride, Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins and Dierks Bentley. Then, just 10 days later, the Opry celebrates its 85th birthday with another big show that features Ms. Dolly Parton her own dang self.

Meanwhile, the Food Network’s Ace of Cakes has already made its contribution to the Opry’s birthday. Back in June, extreme cake baker Duff Goldman made a cake to resemble the famous Opry mic stand and a couple of guitars and unveiled it during a show at the Ryman Auditorium. The Ace of Cakes episode about the cake and that presentation airs tomorrow (Sept. 16).
