Dixie Chick and Courtyard Hounds fiddle player Martie Maguire is ready to move on—from her house, that is. She put the ranch house, located on Flint Rock Road in Austin, Texas, for sale for nearly $6.5 million, according to Realtor.com.
The seven-acre estate has a total of nine bedrooms, 3.5 baths, three guest houses, a recording studio, a five-stall horse stable, riding arena and jogging trail. The outdoor in-ground pool has a patio with a fireplace. The house was built in 1975, and has been updated with modern furnishings.
