Dierks Bentley got himself and his favorite pickup truck covered in mud, from head to, uh, tail pipe.

He and his crew were in mud pits outside Savannah, Ga., over the weekend to make the video for his next single, “5-1-5-0,” which is also police code for a criminally insane person.

Dierks brought along his Chevy Truck, “Big White”—which was anything but after Dierks got it stuck in a particularly big pit.

"It's just like caked all the way through," Dierks tells ABC News Radio.

"I've got towels in there where I can sit on. Even the dial for the radio is completely crusted over with thick mud."

Dierks says he couldn't help but jump out into the mud himself: "I still have it in my ears and probably will have it there for a while."

And Dierks would do it all again: "It was the most fun video shoot I've ever done. It didn't even feel like we were doing a video shoot."

Check out a very brown “Big White” on Twitter.
