Dierks Bentley Flies the Bird

In honor of new album Riser, Dierks challenges fans to get their fingers ready.

Sure, it’s Johnny Cash’s birthday and no image is as vivid as that of Johnny giving the one-finger salute to a photographer during rehearsals at a San Quentin prison show. But Dierks Bentley’s bird flipping has little to do with that other than happy coincidence.

Instead, Dierks is celebrating this week’s release of his new album, Riser, by giving fans a chance to let it fly with his Riser Bird game.

“There are so many addicting games about birds right now, and we thought it would be funny to create our own Riser Bird game,” says Dierks. “I’m all about finding interesting ways to get music out to the fans, and this is just supposed to be fun.”

Players “fly the bird” through a maze, conquering different levels, earning points and previewing new music during the journey. And as a bonus, if you share your score, you’re entered for a chance to win a trip to attend an upcoming Riser Tour rehearsal or an autographed copy of Riser.
