The book, written by the band members with music journalist Tom Roland, allows fans unlimited access into their personal lives, revealing details of health scares, accidents and other obstacles that had to be overcome. The title comes from one of their hit singles.  “A lot of people are struggling out there,” says lead singer Marty Roe. “We hope in some way that our story will help encourage them.  Our prayer is that readers will see that their mess can become beautiful.”  Beautiful Mess, published by Thomas Nelson, is set to be released Sept. 22. The book coincides with the band's new album, The Reason.
