Deana Carter, whose most recent musical project is I'm Just a Girl, has announced that she has another special project in the works -- she's expecting her first child in September! The proud papa-to-be is Deana's filmmaker boyfriend Chris Hicky. Deana also recently signed with California-based Vanguard Records, and is currently recording her new album, which is expected in early 2005.
