David Nail Is OK After Icy Valentine’s Day Bus Crash

Looks like country stars aren’t immune from the icy roads that plagued the Northeast and other parts of the country this winter.

David Nail told reporters his tour bus crashed in New York state on the way to open for Darius Rucker in Albany, N.Y., on Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14).

“We ran off the road into the median,” David said.

“It was one of those experiences that I hope never happens again. It was one of those nights where you're kinda in and out of sleep. You have a hard enough time sleeping on the bus as it is,” he said.

“You could totally feel it going out of control and just praying that it ends somewhere soft and that you don’t tip over or flip.”

Wow.

But the show must go on: Darius Rucker’s buses came and scooped up David and his band.
