David Nail Cancels Milwaukee Show After Scary Vocal Problems

David gets a shot in his neck, rallies to do show the next night in Chicago.

David Nail canceled his show Friday (Oct. 19) in Milwaukee because of vocal problems, the first show he has had to cancel since becoming a major-label artist, he reported on Twitter.

"In four years of touring, I’ve never canceled day of show! My voice doctor has ordered me not to sing tonight. I’m heartbroken!” he tweeted.

“A terrifying feeling to have such uncertainty regarding the way in which I make a living! I’m sad Milwaukee, we will see you again soon!”

With the help of a shot in the neck from a doctor, David was able to do a show the next night in Chicago.

But David is on complete vocal rest for most of this week.

"Reality just sank in," David tweeted Sunday (Oct. 21). "No talking for this kid til Thursday."
