DARRYL WORLEY AND GEORGE STRAIT'S DUSTY DEGREES

In case they ever want to drop out of the music industry, both George Strait and Darryl Worley have degrees they can use to start new careers. Thanks to his parents, Strait has an agricultural degree that was a backup in case he didn't make it in the biz. Worley can claim a biology degree for the same reasons.

"My parents literally begged me to go to college and get an education so I would have something to fall back on in case my dream didn't come true. And I did it, against my will. And I did real good at it, too. I guess I'll brag a little bit here. I had five years of college and I made one B in my college career. The rest of my grades were A's. I wound up with a 2.99 average on a 3.0 scale," said Darryl.
