Darius Rucker Goes Gold

Hootie & the Blowfish frontman Darius Rucker’s first country album, Learn to Live, has officially been certified gold.

“Gold records are hard to come by these days, and I am proud of this accomplishment,” Darius says. Gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of America means that 500,000 copies of the album have been shipped to stores. The second single from Learn to Live, “It Won’t Be Like This for Long,” recently cracked the Top 10.
