Dailey & Vincent Tribute To Statlers

Bluegrass duo Dailey and Vincent, who currently hold the International Bluegrass Music Association's top prize for Entertainer of the Year, will release a tribute album of Statler Brothers tunes. The CD will be made available at Cracker Barrel stores beginning February 1.

The duo's version of The Statler Brothers' hit "More Than a Name on a Wall" hit Number One on the Sirius bluegrass charts in 2008. "The Statler Brothers are my childhood heroes,” says Jamie Dailey. “My daddy bought me a Statler Brothers record in 1983, and I went to bed every night listening to that record. I knew every word to every song. We’re delighted to work with Cracker Barrel on this project because we pull our bus into a Cracker Barrel every weekend; that’s where we have breakfast and lunch.”

The album will include tracks such as "Flowers On The Wall," "Elizabeth," and "Too Much On My Heart."
