CYNDI THOMSON GETS THE GOLD
Congratulations are in order for Cyndi Thomson -- herdebut CD, My World, has just been certified Gold by the Recording Industry Association of America.
That means that Cyndi has sold at least 500,000 copies of the album.
"When you hear news like that, all you can say is 'Wow!' " says Cyndi. "It's exciting and flattering to know that so many people went out and bought the album -- or maybe everyone in my hometown of Tifton, Georgia bought 35 copies each!"
