First actress Angie Harmon appeared as his love interest in Craig Morgan's video for "This Ole Boy," now Craig is going to try his hand in her world, guest-starring on her TNT series Rizzoli & Isles, CountryWeekly.com has learned exclusively. On the show, Angie plays Jane Rizzoli, a tough-as-nails Boston detective, alongside Maura Isles (Sasha Alexander), a medical examiner from a priveleged background.

Craig will play Dr. Bill Ray Higgins, a medical examiner who comes to Boston for the Bullet and Blast Injuries Symposium. While visiting, he helps Jane and Maura with a murder case.

The appearance is not Craig's first foray onto the small screen. In addition to his All Access Outdoors show, which airs on the Outdoor Channel, the former soldier portrayed himself on an episode of Lifetime's hit drama Army Wives earlier this year.

The third season of TNT's Rizzoli & Isles is set to air Tuesdays at 9 p.m. (ET/PT), beginning June 5. While no specific air date has been set for Craig's episode, CountryWeekly.com has learned it will air in July.
