Craig Morgan and Crew Help Emergency Workers Respond To Semi Collision

Craig Morgan put his prior EMT training to good use Sunday morning (June 9) when he helped emergency responders attend to a serious vehicle accident near his hometown of Dickson, Tenn. Before Craig became a country star, he worked as an EMT in a local fire department and also served in the military.

When Craig and his crew were returning from his concert date in Texas on Sunday morning, two semis and a tanker collided in front of the tour bus. Craig and his crew members Jerry Hines and Joey Greer ran to the scene and helped extinguish the fires that had broken out.

They also assisted the drivers who, incredibly, escaped with only minor injuries.

Great job and quick thinking by Craig! Jerry Hines took some photos of the scene, which you'll find here.
