Craig Campbell Sets Album Release and Cancer Campaign

Craig Campbell has a couple of exciting projects on his plate, beginning with a brand-new album release. Craig's sophomore album, Never Regret, featuring the infectious single "Outta My Head," will hit stores on May 7.

But, wait, there's more. Craig's second big project of the year will help a cause that's very close to his heart. On June 4, during CMA Music Festival in Nashville, Craig will host the inaugural Celebrity Cornhole Challenge to benefit the T.J. Martell Foundation's colon cancer research efforts.

"My father passed away at the age of 36 from the disease," Craig noted in a release, "and what better event to benefit colon cancer care than a 'Cornhole' tournament." Craig also lent his support to the cause when he joined Alan Jackson at the recent Stars Go Blue concert in Nashville to benefit the Colon Cancer Alliance.

Craig's Cornhole Challenge will serve as the unofficial kickoff to CMA Music Festival week. If you're in town early for the big fest, you'll want to check out Craig and his buddies Jerrod Niemann, Gloriana, Love and Theft, LoCash Cowboys, Greg Bates and other stars as they try their hand at the popular outdoor game (also known as a bean-bag toss up north.)

The tournament, which will also feature live music, runs from 2 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, at the Public Square in downtown Nashville.
