Country Stars Set to Honor “The Boss”

Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Kenny Chesney will help salute rock 'n' roll legend Bruce Springsteen at the 2013 MusiCares Person of the Year Tribute, Feb. 8, in Los Angeles. Bruce, known to fans as "The Boss," is being honored as the MusiCares Person of the Year by the Grammys for his philanthropic work as well as his contributions to contemporary music. MusiCares helps musical artists in times of financial or medical need.

Tim, Faith and Kenny will be joined in the musical salute to Bruce by fellow country artists Emmylou Harris, Natalie Maines of the Dixie Chicks and the Alabama Shakes, along with stars from the rock and pop worlds.

The sold-out benefit show is one of the kick-off events to Grammy week, which culminates with the 55th Annual Grammy Awards telecast, Sunday, Feb. 10, on CBS.
