A bunch of country stars have joined in a massive cover of the Beatles hit "Hey Jude" to spread the word about St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a longtime favorite charity for country music.

Keith Urban, Big & Rich and Lady Antebellum offer up some studio and concert singing while Randy Owen and Kellie Pickler sing with young patients.

There are a bunch of other celebrities as well: Betty White, Robin Williams, Jimmy Kimmel, Jennifer Aniston, Michael Strahan, Jordin Sparks and others offer their voices up in the viral video.

You'll see lots of celebs, patients and hospital staffers wearing #heystjude T-shirts.

And you can have one, too, with a $35 donation.
