COUNTRY SCENE FEELS LOSS DUE TO TRAGEDY
Carolyn Mayer Beug, the director of Dwight Yoakam's videos "Ain't That Lonely Yet," "Fast as You," and "A Thousand Miles from Nowhere" died tragically when American Airlines Flight 11 crashed into the World Trade Center's North tower last Tuesday.
Beug had taken her twin daughters to the Rhode Island School of Design in Providence, RI and was on her way back to Los Angeles when the attack happened.
Her husband, John Beug, is senior vice president for film production at Warner Bros. Records.
