Country Radio Gives Rascal Flatts Its Humanitarian Award

They follow Tim and Faith, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn and other huge country stars.

C'mon, these guys have a children's hospital wing named after them!

It seemed inevitable and it finally happened: Rascal Flatts is getting the big annual humanitarian award from the Country Radio Seminar folks.

And the trio is in good company. Others who have received it include Tim McGraw and Faith Hill, Toby Keith, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Reba McEntire, Vince Gill and Garth Brooks, to name a few.

The guys will get the award Feb. 22 in Nashville at the radio seminar. And they earned it.

Yes, the Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital in Nashville has a Rascal Flatts wing. The guys also have been members of the American Red Cross Celebrity Cabinet for years, and they are spokesmen for the Jason Foundation, a national suicide prevention organization.
