COUNTRY CHRISTMAS

A songwriters' performing rights organization has put together a list of the Top 25 Christmas songs of the 21st century's first three years and -- no surprise here -- several country and early rock greats are on the list. Based on airplay during the first three years of the 21st century, "Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer," popularized by Country Music Hall of Famer Gene Autry, comes in at No. 9. Brenda Lee’s "Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree" stands at No. 15, and Elvis Presley’s "Blue Christmas" follows at No.16. Every one a classic.
