Colt Ford Invites Fans to Remix His Song “Crank It Up”

Did you ever hear a killer new song but think to yourself, “I sure wish I they’d turn that electric guitar down and fiddle up,” or “It would be cool if they brought the bass up and the drums down,” or “I kinda hear a background singer, but it isn’t loud enough”?

Well, get ready to put those engineering and producing skills to work. Colt Ford is inviting fans to remix “Crank It Up”—one of the tracks from his Thanks for Listening album—with the cloud-based remix platform Indiloop.

In a release, Colt said, “The song isn’t even out yet, but I want to hear what my fans think it should sound like first. Who knows, they might make it better than I did.”

Check it out on the Indiloop website and get to mixing. You could win two VIP tickets to one of Colt’s shows, an iPad Mini loaded with Indiloop or Colt Ford music.
