The Colgate Country Showdown has announced its regional winners, who will advance to compete for $100,000 in this year’s National Final.

The finalists are: Lindsey Earl, Jill James, J Juliano with Adrienne Grove, Megan Peeler and Hailey Stout. This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Country Showdown, making it the nation’s longest-running country music talent search. Past local, state and regional winners have included Garth Brooks, Brad Paisley and Sara Evans. The National Final will take place at the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville Jan. 25, with top country star LeAnn Rimes hosting the show. The televised one-hour special is syndicated nationwide and will also air on the GAC network.
