"Healing in the Heartland" to be held in Oklahoma City on May 29
CMT CROWNS MISS AMERICA TONIGHT
The new Miss America will be crowned Monday night, Jan. 29, on CMT on the 2007 Miss America Pageant, live from the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas, beginning at 8 p.m. ET.
Actor Mario Lopez, whose TV credits include Saved by the Bell and Dancing With the Stars, will host the 2007 pageant. Fans and viewers can be part of the festivities as they will be allowed to vote in the Miss Congeniality category. Go to cmt.com to find out how to vote for your favorite. This marks the second straight year that CMT has aired the Miss America contest. The 2006 titleholder was Miss Oklahoma, Jennifer Berry.
