CMA Nominees Announced Sept. 10
The final nominees for the 2008 CMA Awards will be announced on ABC-TV’s Good Morning America and CMT’s CMT Insider, Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Rascal Flatts and Taylor Swift will announce the nominees in select categories on Good Morning America during the 8:30 a.m. ET half-hour block. CMT’s Katie Cook and Lance Smith will host exclusive coverage of the remaining CMA Award nominations in a special edition of CMT Insider at 10 a.m. ET. Rising new stars Lady Antebellum and James Otto will reveal those nominees. The 42nd Annual CMA Awards will air live from the Sommet Center in Nashville on ABC-TV, Nov. 12, at 8 p.m. ET.
