CMA MUSIC FESTIVAL KICKS OFF

The CMA Music Festival, billed as “country’s biggest party,” officially kicks off today, June 8, in downtown Nashville.

Thousands of fans will jam Music City June 8–11 to hear more than 70 hours of live music and get the chance for an autograph from their favorite stars. The day’s first big event is the Lynnco Custom Cycles 16th Annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Challenge at Greer Stadium, where stars like Vince Gill, Jason Aldean, Little Big Town and more will take the field to raise money for City of Hope, a cancer research and treatment facility. It’s also the opening night for the Nightly Concerts at the Coliseum, which gets underway with performances by Brooks & Dunn, Hank Williams Jr., Sara Evans and more––plus a surprise guest.
