CLINT, RANDY SET FOR CELEBRITY DUETS

Clint Black and Randy Travis are among the stars taking part in a new TV series on Fox titled Celebrity Duets.

The show pairs singers with non-singing celebrities who will perform duets together. Each team is then judged and voted on by viewers in an elimination contest, similar to American Idol. Other singing stars committed to the show are Kenny Loggins, Richard Marx and R&B great Patti LaBelle. Celebrity Duets premieres as a two-hour episode Aug. 29 at 8 p.m. ET, and moves to its regular 9 p.m. ET slot on Sept. 7.
