Clay Walker Receives Special Honor

Clay Walker was honored by the Nashville Business Journal, Sept. 25, as a member of the Class of 2009 Healthcare Heroes in the Community Leader category.

The ceremony and award luncheon took place at the Sheraton Downtown Nashville. Clay was selected for this honor based on his work in the local and national multiple sclerosis communities through his nonprofit charity Band Against MS (BAMS). To date, the charity has raised more than $2 million in an effort to fund important research that may one day find a cure for MS.
