It's been seven years since Chuck Wicks released his debut album, Starting Now, with the hit single "Stealing Cinderella." And while some artists may think the time gap between releases is deadly, Chuck embraces it as a great opportunity for him to grow. "Think about how much you change in seven years," he tells Country Weekly. "I hope that people think that I've gotten better and I hope that people see I've become a better writer and a better singer."

Fans will hear how time has been good to Chuck's voice and writing on his upcoming album, which features his newest single, "Us Again." Chuck says, "I think 'Us Again' is leading me down a path where a lot of people are going to hear it and go, 'This is the same guy that sang 'Stealing Cinderella’? I really think there's going to be that reaction in a positive way. Because I definitely have grown in a good way, in a positive way."

Chuck shares more details on his new album and what he's been up to in the Feb. 17 issue of Country Weekly, on stands now. Look for Garth and Trisha on the cover!
