Chris Young Celebrates First No. 1, “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song)”

Chris began the afternoon of Nov. 24 at the ASCAP building, where he met with members of the country music media to celebrate his first No. 1 single, “Gettin’ You Home (The Black Dress Song),” .

“It’s still surreal,” Chris said of his first No. 1 single. “I still pinch myself every day about it.” The celebration continued later in the day at the BMI building, where Chris and his co-writers, Cory Batten and Kent Blazy, were honored.
