Chely’s friends Clay Walker, Taylor Swift, Trent Tomlinson, Danielle Peck, surprise guest Tanya Tucker and others performed at the big event, which raises money for Chely’s Reading, Writing & Rhythm Foundation. An especially touching “moment” occurred when Emerson Drive received a standing ovation after performing their hit “Moments,” which had just reached No. 1. Chely presented the band with a champagne toast and a special plaque honoring their chart-topping success.
