Catch Dale Premiere on CMT
Dale, the film biography of NASCAR racing legend Dale Earnhardt, premieres on CMT Tuesday, Sept. 4, at 8 p.m. ET.
Narrated by Paul Newman, the film looks at the life and career of the popular driver, who died after a crash at the Daytona 500 in 2001. Nicknamed “The Intimidator,” Earnhardt was known for being one of the sport’s fiercest drivers. The documentary, the only authorized film about Earnhardt’s life, includes archival race footage, rare outtakes and never-before-seen family home videos. Prior to the film, a one-hour special, Dale Pre-Show: His Greatest Comeback, airs at 7 p.m. ET on CMT.
