Carrie Wedding Not Postponed

Despite recent rumors in OK! magazine that Carrie Underwood and fiance Mike Fisher had postponed their wedding due to a scuffle over what food will be served at the reception, Mike Fisher's agent, Todd Reynolds, told the Ottawa Citizen newspaper that the wedding date has not been moved. The newspaper also learned that the couple will wed in July, although a specific date and location are being kept tightly under wraps.

"There's no delay [in the wedding date], everything is going along according to plan. The date that they've chosen from the beginning is still the date," Todd told the Ottawa Citizen.

"You can imagine trying to move the date of something like that," he added. "It's like trying to make a U-turn in a 18-wheeler on a one-way street. It is what it always has been, there's no change in the wedding plans."

Todd also commented on Mike's laid-back approach to wedding details. "There's been no disagreements. Mike is pretty laid-back. He's like most guys in this sort of situation. When it comes to a wedding, they hand over most of the details to the bride. I think with Mike it's like whatever Carrie wants to do is fine with him."
